The Suite Home Louise residence (hereinafter referred to as the “hotel operator”) is owned by SRL Sigart, whose registered office is located at 1188 Chaussée de Louvain, 1200 Brussels – VAT: BE0790.319.475, and who also manages the residence.
Reservation:
The reservation will be considered firm and final once the client has provided the hotel operator (via the secure payment site Ingenico) with a valid credit card on which a payment authorization has been issued (representing the total amount of the stay, up to a maximum of one month).
The payment authorization will be valid for one month from the date the online reservation is made.
If the client’s arrival takes place more than one month after the reservation was made (and the payment authorization is therefore no longer valid), the client nevertheless acknowledges the hotel operator’s right to charge the credit card to ensure full payment of the stay.
Some reservations may be accepted without a credit card being provided in advance, but this can only be done with the hotel operator’s prior written agreement.
Any reservation may be cancelled or modified at any time without penalty, provided the cancellation or modification is made more than 24 hours in advance (until 12 noon Brussels time) prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Failure to respect this time frame will result in the hotel operator automatically charging one night at the agreed reservation rate as a penalty.
At certain times of the year, the hotel operator may deviate from this policy and disallow cancellations or modifications. This will be clearly and explicitly communicated to the client at the time of the booking request.
Accommodation:
The hotel operator will provide the client with a suite of the type confirmed at the time of booking.
However, no suite or apartment on a specific floor can be guaranteed. Client preferences will be noted but are non-binding.
Upgrades to higher category suites or apartments are not automatic and remain at the full discretion of the hotel operator, depending on availability.
Services:
The hotel operator provides the following services to the client:
- Use of an apartment or suite for the agreed period;
- Weekly cleaning service (the first cleaning will take place the week following the client’s arrival, on the same day of the week as arrival, or on the next working day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday), or daily cleaning (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on what has been agreed between the hotel operator and the client;
- Free use of the shared laundry facilities;
- Free access to the residence gym.
Price:
The price confirmed by the hotel operator at the time of booking includes all taxes (VAT, tourist tax), service, daily or weekly cleaning (according to the client’s choice at booking), use of the shared laundry room, access to the residence gym, and local calls (phone numbers starting with 02) made from the suite or apartment by the client.
Any additional service not listed above will be charged based on the rate previously communicated to the client.
Keys:
Upon arrival, the client will receive two keys to their suite or apartment.
Upon departure, the client must return both keys to the hotel operator.
In case of loss, each key will be charged at €35.
Conduct During the Stay:
The client agrees to behave responsibly and respectfully during their stay.
Any damage to the furniture or apartment will be documented and invoiced to the client.
The client agrees not to make noise (other than normal daily activity) after 11:00 PM.
As the residence is entirely non-smoking, the client agrees not to smoke in the suite or apartment, in the common areas, or in the elevator at any time.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fixed charge of €150 for cleaning the suite or apartment.
The client also agrees not to allow unknown persons into the residence and not to share the main entrance code with anyone.
Internet Connection:
The hotel operator provides the client with a secure, free, and unlimited internet connection for the entire duration of the stay.
The client agrees not to access illegal websites (e.g., child pornography, terrorist, or pornographic sites) or unknown websites that may pose a risk to themselves or the residence’s IT system.
Phone Calls:
The hotel operator provides a telephone in the client’s suite or apartment.
Local calls (numbers starting with 02) are free and unlimited.
International calls will be billed to the client and charged to their credit card.
An invoice will be sent to the client, and a detailed call log can be provided upon request.
Pets:
Small pets are allowed in the residence only if prior written approval has been granted by the hotel operator before the client’s arrival.
Any damage caused by the pet during the client’s stay will be documented with photographs sent to the client.
A repair quote will then be sent, and the corresponding amount will be charged to the client’s credit card.
